          In education field, teacher have to manage the class and the learning process, but in this modern era, there are many ways to manage the class with the help of technology.

Almost of activities always related to the technology. We as human can't stay away from gadget and the use of technology. So from those aspects, as teacher also have a new strategies using technology to help them in teaching such as management class.

This is a  plan about online tools that will we used in the future when we teach our students. 

In learning process we can revive technology to our students. It can makes the students more interested with our lesson. The teacher can use online tools for language teaching. There are kind of tools that teacher can use. And we as a teacher, We will make our students to be more active study langage not only in the classroom but also out side the class. In the classroom, we will use presentation tools to explain about the lesson. And after that, we ask our students to have communication or share with the other friends about the lesson or their feeling during the lesson through skype. They can have video call or chatting with others. If they feel difficult to communicate, they can use dictionary tools (dictionary.com) to help them in speaking. And we can assess the students or to know their understanding using edmodoo. We will give an exercise about the lesson.

The other online tools that are very interesting and very useful are class dojo and learnboost. We will also use both class dojo and learnboost to make our learning process more fun. Parents also can know the student's activities in the class by look at class dojo apps because each student has their own portfolio. We believe that each student bring their gadgets in the class, so they can install it from play store. So they will use their gadgets in appropriate way without disturbing their learning process. They can take a picture what have they produce from an activities. Moreover, parents also can have private discussion with the teacher through class dojo or learnboost to know their children's development in academic. Moreover learnboost will used to make grade book for students. It's very useful, we don't need to call each student's name before the class started because we can use learn boost. We also can make lesson plan easily with learnboost and many others things that become easier and more interesting when we use those online tools.
